Managing Director
Born and raised in the heart of Diepkloof, Soweto, Esme Moloi knows firsthand what it means to grow up in a community gripped by crime. But instead of turning a blind eye, she turned that reality into a mission. From a young age, Esme developed an unshakable passion for safety and justice—watching neighbours lock themselves indoors and children miss out on safe play sparked a fire in her to become part of the solution.
Today, she stands as the driving force behind Rayven: PSIRA certified across all grades (A through E), and fully competent in business-purpose firearm use—including handgun, shotgun, and rifle. Esme doesn’t just run the show—she’s walked the walk, trained relentlessly, and armed herself with the knowledge, grit, and certifications to lead from the front.
More than a CEO, Esme is a symbol of what happens when purpose meets preparation. She’s not just protecting her community—she’s rewriting its story.
Sechaba Mokhine
Chief Operations Officer
Sechaba Mokhine is the engine room of Rayven’s day-to-day power moves. With a solid track record as Head of Security at multiple multinational corporates, Sechaba brings sharp business acumen, strategic foresight, and a no-fluff, get-things-done mindset to the team.
But Sechaba isn’t just a security expert—he’s an operational maverick with a natural flair for entrepreneurship. From logistics to lifestyle brands, he's ventured into various industries, giving him a unique edge in understanding systems, people, and how to scale smart. His ability to see the bigger picture while keeping an iron grip on the details makes him the ultimate bridge between vision and execution.

With over 10 years of frontline experience as a senior officer in the Johannesburg Metro Police Department, Lebohang Moloi is the definition of seasoned, streetwise, and community-driven. Lebo’s approach to security is rooted in empathy, discipline, and tactical excellence.
